CrossFit is a small group event consisting of several athletes led by a certified coach, employing functional movement, performed at high intensity, while constantly varying.



Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!




Body Flow is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and
strength, leaving you feeling calm and centered. Controlled breathing,
concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to
music create a holistic workout that brings the body
into a state of harmony and balance.
